Step 1
Get in Touch
Please start by using the enquiry form to check my availability for your date and let me know which of my two services feels most suited to you. If you’re unsure, that’s absolutely fine — I’m happy to send details for both and help you decide what will work best.
Step 2
Availability & Next Steps
I’ll be in touch within three working days to confirm availability and share further information. For the
Package Collection, a booking fee secures your date, with a consultation held around two to three months before your wedding.
For the Bespoke Service, we’ll begin with a detailed consultation where I’ll hear all about your plans and explore your floral vision. This can take place by phone or video call (Zoom or Google Meet).
You’re very welcome to send inspiration images or share a Pinterest board ahead of time.
If you know you’d love me to be your wedding florist but aren’t quite ready to plan your flowers yet, you can still book a bespoke service to secure your date, with the consultation arranged for later.
Step 3
Design & Proposal
I’ll then develop designs based on your brief and create a proposal summary with pricing. This will be emailed to you along with my booking form and terms for you to review.
Step 4
Booking & Refining the Details
If you’re happy with the proposal and would like to go ahead, a booking fee secures your date. From here, we’ll refine the details together — through additional consultations, site visits if needed, and ongoing email or WhatsApp communication — until everything feels just right and the final invoice is agreed.
In the months leading up to your wedding, I’ll also liaise with you and your key suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Step 5
Final Review
Around six weeks before your wedding, we’ll have a final review to capture any last changes. The remaining balance is due four weeks before your day.
Step 6
Bringing it all together
From here, it’s over to me — ordering flowers, preparing props, creating and building designs, delivering and setting up, and managing any clear-down before and after your wedding. All timings will be clearly outlined in your summary and confirmed with your venue, so you can relax knowing everything is in hand.
